What type of paper or canvas will be used for the print?

Paper options are clearly specificed on the checkout page.

Will the colours of the print be true to the original image?

Yes, our colours are processed to be match the screen as closely as possible.

Can I see a proof of the print before it is produced?

Yes, a detailed, watermarked preview will be provided at every step of personalisation.

What is the return policy if I am not satisfied with the print?

We don't accept returns for digital prints, however, if you are not satisfied please contact us.

Can I customize the print (e.g. crop, add text)?
