Payment: Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards.

Turnaround Time: Our standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, please contact us.

File Formats: We provide downloads as 4000x3000 PNG files. If you require something different, please contact us.

Copyright and Intellectual Property: The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses for copyrighted or trademarked material included in their print job. We will not be held liable for any infringement of copyright or trademark laws.

Refunds and Returns: Due to the nature of digital printing, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt and we will work to resolve the issue.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall our company be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services.
